Game of the Week – Florida (-6.5) vs South Carolina, 4:15 PM PT, ESPN
South Carolina comes into this game with some calling it the biggest game in school history. That is a lot of pressure for a road game against a team that has traditionally owned them. Also, The Gamecocks lost last week bringing back fears of another late-season slide. All of this comes at the same time that Florida has finally found an offense after struggling all season. The signs don't look good for South Carolina...

Ohio St. (-18) vs Penn St., 1230 PM PT, ABC Regional/ESPN
Penn St. still harbors very slim hopes of a share of the Big Ten title with just two conference losses. They need lots of help though and they must win here against an Ohio St. team that, while winning most of the time, usually impressively, has not wowed this season as expected. All of that said, the Buckeye talent is better and better talent usually wins, especially in big games at home.
Ohio St. 30, Penn St. 20

Alabama (-13.5) vs Mississippi St., 4:15 PM PT, ESPN2
This will be an emotional game as its the Bulldogs first game back after the death of defensive end Nick Bell. Many on the Alabama roster also knew and played with or against Bell back in high school so emotions will be running high. Once the game starts, expect Alabama to force Mississippi St. to throw. They won't be able to do it enough to win, but this game will be closer than most expect and Alabama fans will want it to be.
Alabama 24, Mississippi St. 17

Cal vs Oregon (-20), 430 PM PT, Versus
Expect good Cal to show up as its a home game. Too bad for the Bears that good Cal with a backup quarterback is not as good at Oregon under any circumstance. Consider this loss payback for winning on the road last week when they didn't deserve too (only because it was Washington St.).
Oregon 51, Cal 27

Auburn (-8) vs Georgia, 1230 PM PT, CBS
Don't ask me what on Earth is going to happen here. These two normally play crazy games and with the allegations and controversy swirling around Auburn and quarterback Cam Newton, this team may lose focus. That said, Georgia just isn't very good this season and I have burned picking them four different times this season. Flip a coin. Aw, what the heck, I'd rather be wrong this way as an Auburn grad than the other.
Georgia 31, Auburn 30

TCU (-27.5) vs San Diego St., 1PM PT, Versus
TCU is a much better team and while San Diego St. is greatly improved, they aren't ready for this, especially with rumors out there that their coach is one of the top targets at Minnesota. Aztecs might could cover the spread at home.
TCU 40, San Diego St. 7

Northwestern vs Iowa (-10), 9AM PT, ESPN
Hawkeyes managed to lose this game at home last season while undefeated, but that was a better Northwestern team and a Hawkeye team that had been lucky all season finally getting unlucky. Iowa will play a focuses game to win here after nearly giving everything away last week against Indiana.
Iowa 31, Northwestern 20

Baylor vs Texas A&M (-3), 4PM PT, FSN
Aggies are a much better team with Ryan Tannehill at quarterback than they were with Jerrod Johnson. In addition, the defense is finally starting to round into shape. All of this portends another ugly beating for Baylor who really wish the schedule was flipped at this point.
Texas A&M 45, Baylor 24

North Carolina vs Virginia Tech (-4), 1230 PM PT, ABC Regional/ESPN/ESPN Gameplan
North Carolina has done a great job fighting through all of its suspension problems to stay in contention in the ACC. That said, Virginia Tech is just at another level in that league right now. North Carolina will keep it close at home, but won't have enough to win. Much like the losses to LSU and Georgia Tech early on.
Virginia Tech 34, North Carolina 24
