Championship Saturday Picks

Last week was a 13-5 week with the rivalries bringing my season record to 101-46. There are only a few important games this week. The BCS Conference Championship Games and the two Pac-10 rivalry games (kind of), so that's it this week

Game of the Week - SEC Championship, Alabama vs Florida
The Alabama defense isn't ready for this. I don't know if anyone is ready for this. Florida's offense, on turf. The Gators are going to get out a relatively large early lead and turn it over to the defense and special teams. Alabama's talent isn't ready to make a comeback against a team of this caliber yet.
Florida 38, Alabama 20

Big 12 Championship, Missouri vs Oklahoma
This game has given us some bizarre results over the years. Teams regularly blow national title shots here, but this won't be one of those times. In fact, when teams have a shot a national title in this game, they either blow it, or win by a ton. Missouri's pass defense is ranked 96th, Any guess where I'm leaning?
Oklahoma 51, Missouri 27

ACC Championship, Boston College vs Virginia Tech
Last season, Boston College beat Virginia Tech in the regular season and lost to them in the conference title game in front of a half-empty stadium in Florida. The venue in Florida has changed, but the result hasn't.
Virginia Tech 20, Boston College 10

USC 34, UCLA 7
Arizona St. 24, Arizona 20

BCS Bowl Projections
Title Game - Oklahoma vs Florida
Rose Bowl - USC vs Penn St.
Fiesta Bowl - Texas vs Utah
Sugar Bowl - Alabama vs Ohio St.
Orange Bowl - Virginia Tech vs Cincinnati
